Our Multiple Offender DUI Programs
Second and subsequent DUI offenders within 10 years of their previous DUI are required to complete a multiple offender program.
18 Month Multiple Offender Program (SB38)
- Phase 1 (First 12 months)
- 1 one-hour intake/discussion.
- 1 half-hour individual interview.
- 26 fifteen-minute individual Counseling Sessions (every other week).
- 6 two-hour Education Sessions (attended once/week).
- 52 one-hour Group Sessions (attended once/week).
- Phase 2 (Final 6 months)
- 6 one-hour of Re-Entry Sessions (once/month for last 6 months).
- Downpayment: $200 (as of 7/1/24)
- Weekly Payment: $40 (as of 7/1/24)
- Total Cost: $2,240 (as of 7/1/24)
Payment: We accept check, cash, debit cards, and credit cards (no AMEX).
Spanish and English Classes offered for both in-state and out-of-state clients.
All fees and mandated hours are county regulated/state approved and are the same for all programs countywide. Fees and program hours increased on July 1st, 2024 and not all other DUI provider’s websites reflect this change.
ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FOLLOWING:
- Missed Activity Fee (Group/Education/Face to Face) – $45.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Leave of Absence Fee – $45.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Reschedule Fee – $45.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Reinstatement Fee – $60.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Transfer-Out Fee – $45.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Transfer-In Fee (In County/Out of County) – $100.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- NSF Returned Check Charge / Credit Card Chargeback Fee – $45.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Replacement Fee for Notice of Completion (DL 101) – $40.00 (as of 7/1/24)

FAQ
Is this program mandatory?
Yes. Courts and the DMV typically require the Multiple Offender Program for repeat DUI convictions (2 DUI’s within 10 years of each other).
How long is the program?
The program is 18 months. During the first 12 months, you will meet weekly and in the last 6 months you will meet once per month.
Can I work or attend school while enrolled?
Yes. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening sessions to accommodate schedules.
What if I’m transferring from another program?
Transfers are allowed. Contact us and we’ll go over the process on how to transfer.
Are payment options available?
You can pay the entire balance in one payment OR you can be set up on a weekly or monthly payment plan.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card, debit card, or bank ACH payment. Cash or check is not accepted.
