Our First Offender DUI Programs
If you are a First Offender, call us ASAP as you are probably eligible for your restricted license before you even have your first court date. The length of the DUI Program you will be required to complete will depend on what your blood alcohol content (BAC) was at the time of arrest, as well as any prior records of DUI convictions in the previous 10 years.
12-Hour Wet Reckless Program (AB1176)
- For those convicted of a reckless driving offense with a measurable amount of alcohol in their blood (BAC below 0.08%).
- Code 23140 for offenders under 21 years of age.
- 1 one-hour intake/discussion.
- 6 two-hour Education Sessions (attended once/week).
- Downpayment: $200 (as of 7/1/24)
- Weekly Payment: $36 (as of 7/1/24)
- Total Cost: $414 (as of 7/1/24)
3 or 4 Month First Offender Program (AB541)
- For those convicted of their first DUI with a BAC below 0.15%
- 1 one-hour intake/discussion.
- 1 half-hour assessment.
- 3 thirty-minute individual Counseling Sessions.
- 6 two-hour Education Sessions (attended once/week).
- 9 two-hour Group Sessions (attended once/week).
- Downpayment: $200 (as of 7/1/24)
- Weekly Payment: $50 (as of 7/1/24)
- Total Cost: $960 (as of 7/1/24)
6 Month First Offender Program (AB762)
- For those convicted of their first DUI with a BAC between 0.15%-0.19%.
- 1 one-hour intake/discussion.
- 1 half-hour assessment.
- 13 fifteen-minute individual Counseling Sessions (attended every other week).
- 6 two-hour Education Sessions.
- 30 one-hour Group Sessions (attended once/week).
- 1 fifteen-minute exit interview.
- Downpayment: $200 (as of 7/1/24)
- Weekly Payment: $40 (as of 7/1/24)
- Total Cost: $1,364 (as of 7/1/24)
9 Month First Offender Program (AB1353)
- For those convicted of their first DUI with a BAC above 0.20%.
- 1 one-hour intake/discussion.
- 1 half-hour assessment.
- 9 fifteen-minute individual Counseling Sessions (attended every fourth week).
- 6 two-hour Education Sessions.
- 24 two-hour Group Sessions (attended once/week).
- 1 fifteen-minute exit interview.
- Downpayment: $200 (as of 7/1/24)
- Weekly Payment: $40 (as of 7/1/24)
- Total Cost: $1,810 (as of 7/1/24)
All fees and mandated hours are county regulated/state approved and are the same for all programs countywide. Fees and program hours increased on July 1st, 2024 and not all other DUI provider’s websites reflect this change.

- Reinstatement Fee – $60.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Transfer-Out Fee – $45.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Transfer-In Fee (In County/Out of County) – $100.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- NSF Returned Check Charge / Credit Card Chargeback Fee – $45.00 (as of 7/1/24)
- Replacement Fee for Notice of Completion (DL 101) – $40.00 (as of 7/1/24)

Yes. Jackson-Bibby is a state-licensed DUI program approved by both the California DMV and San Bernardino County courts.
How long is the First Offender Program?
Program length varies based on your case (typically 3–9 months). We’ll confirm your requirement before enrollment.
Can I enroll if my court date hasn’t happened yet?
Yes. In many cases, early enrollment is allowed and recommended. It’s allowed if the DMV driving record shows your DUI.
Do you offer payment plans?
You can pay the entire balance in one payment OR you can be set up on a weekly or monthly payment plan.
How can I pay?
We accept credit card, debit card, or bank ACH payment. Cash or check is not accepted.
Can I transfer from another DUI program?
