The 12-Hour Wet Reckless Program (AB1176) is for individuals in Redlands who were cited for drinking and driving but recorded a Blood Alcohol Concentration at or below the legal limit of 0.08%.

This course offers informative sessions on the dangers of impaired driving and practical strategies for avoiding future incidents. Its purpose is to deepen your understanding of the risks, promote responsible decision-making, and support the reinstatement of your driving privileges in accordance with the State of California Department of Health Services.

• Tailored for individuals convicted of reckless driving with detectable alcohol levels in their system (BAC under 0.08%).
• Includes offenders under 21 (Code 23140).
• Begins with a one-hour intake discussion.
• Followed by six two-hour educational sessions (conducted weekly).
• Initial Payment: $200(valid from 7/1/24).
• Subsequent Weekly Payment: $36 (valid from 7/1/24).
• Total Fee: $414 (valid from 7/1/24).

These fees are set thoughtfully for first-time offenders, ensuring you meet the requirements mandated by the DMV and courts without financial burden.

Our courses extend over six weeks, with a two-hour class scheduled each week alongside a dedicated hour for case discussion.
